One Maryah Place
Ali & Sons Contracting is proud to announce the successful acquisition of the contract to execute the project "One Maryah Place," located onAl Maryah Island. This marks the first project awarded to us by M/s AMI Properties Holding Limited, a Joint Venture (JV) between M/s Aldar Properties PJSC ("Aldar") and Alsowah Square Properties LLC ("Mubadala").
The project scope includes the development of two high-rise commercial towers on Plots CP 10-11 (Tower 1: 37 storeys) and CP12-13 (Tower 2: 22 storeys), along with ancillary buildings and a mosque. These structures will be built above two levels of basement and three podium levels, including landscaping and public realms, with a total built-up area of 233,965square meters. The project is scheduled to be completed within 34 months, including mobilization.
We are incredibly grateful to our team for their hard work and commitment to excellence, as well as for the unwavering support of our higher management, which made this achievement possible. Securing this project is a significant milestone and an excellent opportunity to once again showcase our capabilities and expertise.
