About Us
Our innovative and forward-thinking projects have complemented the evolution of the UAE economy. As an Emirati conglomerate, we work across a diverse range of sectors, from automotive to construction, providing innovative products and services built with advanced resources and technology. We’re always focused on the growth and well-being of our entire ecosystem striving towards giving the best customer experience.
We have partnered with some of the world's biggest and most respected brands, including Porsche, Audi, Volkswagen, Skoda, and MG. Along the way, we have founded several of our own brands, including Amwaj Jewellery, Ali & Sons Real Estate, and Eurostar Rent-A-Car.
We’re always focused on what’s ahead. Over the next 3-4 years, we expect to grow Ali & Sons fourfold, with this growth mainly taking place in Automotive, Energy & Industrial, and Retail & Investments. Our growth plans will be accomplished through acquisitions, direct investment, adding to our value chain.
We cannot ignore the importance of the digital future, and the digitalisation of our entire group is a central part of our future growth plans. We intend to invest in digital startups, take advantage of ever-more powerful digitalisation, and invest in people, technology, and process improvements using the powerful Lean Six Sigma method. Every step of the way, our incredibly skilled workforce is the driving force behind our success, and connecting with top talent is always a priority.
In the past year alone we have partnered with MG Motor brand to become their dealer for the UAE, allowing us to open showrooms across the country and deliver entirely new experiences to our customers. We’ve also acquired Emarat Aloula Group adding facility management and EPC capabilities to our portfolio which gives us the ability to provide a complete end-to-end service for our customers.
Long-term, our goal is to be recognised as one of the most technologically advanced family-holding powerhouses in the region while maintaining and promoting our values — integrity, authenticity, and an unwavering commitment to improving our customers’ lives.
Our Future Plans
For Ali & Sons, the future is an incredibly exciting place, illuminated with bold plans. Before 2025, we plan to drive a four-fold increase in the group’s bottom line. We will evolve in a range of areas from Automotive to Oil & Gas while taking steps into new areas.
As always, our people will be a core consideration, and we will take steps to make sure all business-critical positions are served by the very best for the job at all times.
Digitisation is becoming more important all the time, and this is a trend we intend to take advantage of. We will use digital tools to their maximum potential, driving ever-larger efficiency gains and building a leaner, more agile organisation on multiple levels.
We’ll continue to value agility and adaptability throughout our organisation — driven by our leadership — and consistently review the core skills, knowledge, and mindsets that lead to success. We aim to enable greater efficiency and cost savings through more centralisation of our services, without compromising agility.

Over the last 40 years, Ali & Sons has gone from strength to strength, excelling in its original industries and moving onto various other sectors. As it did so, it brought greater prosperity and opportunity to the country of the UAE, bringing in global brands from across the world.

The vision becomes the model
Ali & Sons LLC is established as a quality service provider to the oil & gas industry.

The big three
The renowned Automotive business is born, and Ali & Sons becomes Abu Dhabi’s sole agent for three of the world’s most outstanding automobile brands: Audi, Volkswagen, and Porsche.

Building a new era
Ali & Sons Contracting (ASC) is established and incorporated into Ali & Sons’ growing portfolio. Over the years, ASC would make great and lasting contributions to the rapidly developing UAE economy, delivering world-class construction services across the country.

New industries for a new century
The final year of the century sees the creation of Amwaj, an iconic boutique focusing on exquisite and exclusive jewellery, and in the same year, the Eurostar Car Rental Agency is founded. These moves allowed Ali & Sons to target ever more diverse demographics.

Ali & Sons Real Estate Co. LLC is established to manage the company’s growing real estate portfolio.

Audi & Volkswagen after-sales service centre
Building the framework of an empire. Ali & Sons announces the opening of the Audi and Volkswagen after-sales service centre, the largest in the entire Middle East.

Ali & Sons acquires sole dealership rights to distribute Skoda in the UAE.

The J-One Tower project wins the Best Design Award from the Arabian Business Real Estate Awards. The tower, with its unmistakable curved shape, is one of Ali & Sons’ keynote achievements.

In the 2020s so far, Ali & Sons has continued to build on its formidable reputation and status. This has included acquiring the franchise for the MG Motor brand and opening showrooms across the UAE, as well as acquiring Emarat Aloula Group — a facility management and EPC company allowing them to provide a complete end-to-end service for customers.
