We, Ali & Sons caution all concerned that, we have not authorized any such fake employment offers and shall not be responsible for any loss and/or damage suffered by any party who chooses to act on such unauthorized employment offers.
At Ali & Sons, we follow a formal meritocratic recruitment process through our Human Resources Department and candidates will usually be asked to provide a Resume/CV or other information online or via email to authorized representatives of Ali & Sons, and may be asked to fill in an online interview questionnaire. There will usually be face to face and/or Skype interview through our Human Resources Department.
Ali & Sons does not:
Require you to pay a fee to be paid by way of money transfers, payments or security deposits of any kind from prospective candidates for employment or any sort of fees.
Send job-related emails from email accounts with the domains such as Yahoo, Live, Hotmail or Gmail. Even when Ali & Sons engage third parties to recruit employees for Ali & Sons, such employment contracts would be with Ali & Sons and not third parties and the third parties are not never authorized to collect any fee or any kind of monetary consideration from prospective candidates.
Authorize anyone to either collect money or arrive at any monetary arrangement in return for a job at Ali & Sons. Ali & Sons and/or its subsidiary companies shall not be liable for any loss or damage that may be suffered or incurred, directly or indirectly by anyone acting on an employment offer not directly made by Ali & Sons and/or its subsidiary companies.
