||• Achieve or exceed the allocated monthly/annual sales targets while maximizing the profitability of the branch by focusing on both the net sales and gross margin earnings.
• Achieve or exceed CSI objectives, thereby ensuring maximum customer satisfaction and repeat sales.
• Maintain awareness of the automotive industry, update knowledge of product range, models, features and benefits & explore opportunities to sell our products and services.
• Ensure 100% FT entry (web, telephone enquiries and wake-in) with proper follow up.
• Ensure 100% zero overdue before close business hours.
• Ensure 100% test-drive offered to all customer with proper documentations.
• Ensure quality of job to avoid errors/rework and take actions on customer concerns (internal/external) to improve operational ease and customer satisfaction.
|Preferred Qualification & Skills
||• Strong knowledge of Sales process, F&I, structure, systems and methodology
• Fluent English and Arabic.
• 03 years experience in retail car sales from leading brands in Abu Dhabi / UAE market
• Proactive, hardworking, motivated approach
• An understanding of IT systems such as FastTrack would be advantageous.
• High School Diploma or equivalent is a must; bachelor’s degree desired
||Min 03 years experience in leading brand car retails sales in Abu Dhabi or UAE Market.
