Reporting To Procurement & Stores Manager
Location Mussafah, Abu Dhabi
Responsibilities To meet the counter sales requirements and ensure that parts inventory and associated records are maintained appropriately Advise the part numbers, prices and availability. Advise customers on use and care of parts and provide advice concerning specialized Products or Services. Prepare parts estimates and quotations. Follow up the credit terms and credit sales procedures of Parts Dealers Network. Learn about Parts Return Policy, Warranty Policy and Delivery Dates for both Customers and Technicians. Prepare Parts Delivery Orders and Sales Invoices. Assist in designing the accessories display. Keep working area clean and tidy. Maintain Sales Records for inventory control & follow up the records. Operate computerized inventory record keeping and re-ordering Systems. Prepare and follow up the Loss Sales Report. Communicate & follow up with the Ordering Section for ordering requested parts from Customers and follow it up for lead-time and delivery.
Preferred Qualification & Skills A Degree or Diploma in Material Management or a related area is preferred. Computer literate and possesses strong skills in Computerized Warehouse Systems
Preferred Experience A minimum of 2 years' relevant work experience in an Automotive industry
