||Purpose: • Responsible for running the complete operations of the business in his area. • • Communicate on operational areas supporting all promotional activities targeted to improve inbound sales. • Hire, supervise, develop, motivate and evaluate the performance of Staff. • Successfully establish, update, monitor and communicate objectives to the Team. • Ensure service levels are adhered to by all Team Members in a timely and professional manner. • Manage and monitor productivity of all personnel and location objectives. • Ensure Staffs are properly trained, motivated and coached for proper development and growth opportunities. • Ensure vehicle quality is at a consistently high level. • Handle complaints escalated from both internal and external Customers and provide solutions. • Monitor Staffing schedules to compliment the business demands and needs. • Implement HR policies in the area of accountability, motivation and performance in a consistent and fair manner. • Perform other duties as requested by the General Manager.
