||Review and draft/prepare various legal documents including all types of contracts, agreements, undertakings, legal/contractual correspondences and other documents that the Legal Team may be required to undertake.
Keeps cases organized by establishing and organizing files, inputting information into file database, as well as, updating case status with external legal firms.
Investigating and search facts and laws of cases and other resources to prepare cases or to give advice to clients, and determine causes of action.
Gathering and analyzing statutes, decisions, and legal articles, codes, documents and other data.
Keeps clients informed by maintaining contact and (where applicable) communicating case progress.
Handling correspondences, provides historical reference by developing and utilizing filing and retrieval systems, recording meeting discussions and answering calls or directing inquiries.
Strong time management, ability to communicate efficiently at all levels of the organization and clients, and maintaining confidentiality.
Perform other duties assigned by the Group Commercial Director.
