Hire, supervise, develop, motivate and evaluate the performance of staff.
Successfully establish, update, monitor and communicate objectives to the team.
Ensure service levels are adhered to by all Team Members in a timely and professional manner.
Manage and monitor productivity of all personnel and location objectives.
Ensure staffs are properly trained, motivated and coached for proper development and growth opportunities.
Ensure vehicle quality is at a consistently high level.
Handle complaints escalated from both internal and external customers and provide solutions.
Monitor staffing schedules to compliment the business demands and needs.
Implement HR policies in the area of accountability, motivation and performance in a consistent and fair manner.
Fleet planning including fleet mix for the area.
Propose customer incentive programs to be developed by the Marketing Department.
Research new areas for potential expansion.
Follow up on all legal cases.
Respond to weekly customer care report received from Marketing Department and suggests possible further improvement in customer care relationship.
Represent the Company in industry associations and forums.
Analyse and control expenditure of Branch to conform to budgetary requirements.
Perform other duties as requested by the General Manager.
