ASC Secures its First Project with Modon Properties PJSC

It is with pleasure to announce that we have been awarded a new contract with M/s Modon Properties PJSC for the construction of Al Hudayriyat Island (West) Marsana Extension located within Al Hudayriyat Island (West) Abu Dhabi.
This Project is to develop a high-quality Extension for existing Marsana as a prime Food and Beverage (F&B) destination in Abu Dhabi, that blends seamlessly with the existing asset, but expands on the Retail and F&B within the Island. The works briefly consist of Building Works (Retail Shops (G+1 / G+1+R) and F & B Buildings, Prayer Rooms, Beach Facilities, Service Buildings) with total built up area of 5,131 m2 and External Infrastructure Works with total built up area of 65,000 m2 which shall be executed in 10 months from commencement.
