Ali & Sons Al Ain Service Center receives the Audi Middle East ‘After Sales Team of the Year’ 2016 prize

Mark Austin, General Manager of Ali & Sons Audi, said: “We are very proud that our Al Ain service center has won this competition. We have made significant recent investment in developing the team, upgrading equipment where necessary and creating the best possible processes we can in order to serve our customers better. It is very pleasing to see our service team’s hard work recognized by such an award and we’ll be sure to continue to strive for even greater quality in service for all of our many customers across the UAE.”

In a strong endorsement of service quality across the Emirate, Ali & Sons Abu Dhabi Service team came in second place in the competition with both centers beating out competition from dealers across the region including those in Dubai and Sharjah.

The After Sales Team of the Year competition is a part of Audi Middle East’s programme to evaluate and monitor the performance of authorised Audi service centres across the region. Service teams are measured against various key criteria including customer satisfaction, technical competency and quality of repair.
