Responsibilities
  • You are requested to acquire as much knowledge of your duties as you are able to, in order to better assist the company and improve the performance as time progress. And to:
  • To establish, maintain and supervise the structure of the sales and marketing activities and to coordinate with the General Manager in the implementation of short and long term operational and Sales Plans.
  • To Plan, organize, direct, and control business operations and leasing programs (Full Service Leasing/ Operational Leasing Product) and other related products.
  • To direct the company into a profitable organization without forfeiting its credibility, quality and service motives.
  • Ensure repetitive business by existing and potential customer, with the involving adapting, testing and installing of efficient manual programs and instructions.
  • To handle the stream-lining of the business of such a well-established company and advice the management on the optimal policy to streamline our sales in UAE and the best policy to adapt in the country thus increasing the market share.
  • Manage and develop work force and activities, through approaching new clients and generating new sales channels.
  • Selecting, Opening new markets and maintaining old ones with Coordination with concerned departments.
  • Coordinate in setting the pricing strategy and promotional planes for sales with regular studies of the market needs for highly demanded Cars and to share decisions for the quantity needed for every brand, and assist the management in acquiring the fleet of the company creating a competitive edge for the company.
  • To develop and implement Marketing and Sales strategies of the company and its products.
  • To develop and implement customer relationship and mutual deals with prospective Corporate companies, highly influential individuals, …etc
  • To keep the Management regularly informed of the progress and results of business operations for conformity with established objectives, programs and budgets, and of all important internal and external factors influencing the business.
  • Define, recommend and control Sales objectives; develop, in conjunction with department managers, short- and long-term plans and proposals with supporting budget requests and financial estimates for each sales area for different products.
  • Participate in all sales & operation meetings to approve and reach consensus on the company rolling horizon business plan and to prepare long term, special offers & seasonal programs within company budget and strategy.
  • Develop systems and programs for training & motivating all staff members to fulfill their mission.
  • Prepare monthly forecasts & and [participate in forecasting the year outlook to insure profit levels are maintained & targets are met.
  • Age Min 30 plus
    Preferred Qualification & Skills
  • Bachelor degree in Business Administration with Specialization in Business Development / Sales and Marketing.
  • Fluent in English Language with a high level of communication skills, both written and oral.
  • Strong Interpersonal and Communication skills – can build good relationships and work well in teams
  • Indomitable spirit to take up challenges
  • Willingness and eagerness to learn new things
  • Adaptability to various situations with a view to bringing positive change and achieving desired targets.
  • Flexible and ability to work and cope in any given environment
  • Maintain Customer Satisfaction
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word & PowerPoint)
  • Holding UAE Driving License.
  • Preferred Experience At least five years experience in a similar position preferably with key account management and business development as focus.
